Policies
- Scheduling:
- We accept orders on a first come, first serve basis. In fairness to all of our customers, we do NOT accept "bonus" pay for rush order processing. During high volume periods it may take up to three weeks to complete an order. Inspections are scheduled as an appraiser becomes available to inspect the property and usually within a week of the inspection date, not when the order is received. This avoids problems with cancellations, changes and forgetful homeowners.
- Terms of Payment for Individuals, Estate Resolution, and Divorces:
- Payment in full is required at the time of inspection on independent appraisals.
- Terms of Payment for Financial Institution:
- Payment from a Financial Institution is due 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments not made within 30 days of invoice date will be charged a $25.00 late fee. Payment of arrangements not made in 90 days of invoice date will be sent to collections.
- Sharing Names:
- We do not share any information about our appraisals with outside organizations. All transactions are confidential. All addresses, phone numbers and financial information is strictly controlled and protected for your safety.
